Human rights facing demographic changes

Abstract

The xx th and xxi st centuries begin delivering unprecedented quantitative demographic results: increasing world population; aging population; urbanization; migration is increasing to the extent that the migratory factors classics are supplemented by what I have called the « new logic of migration ». Finally, in many countries, including the demographic transition is complete, the major phenomenon is the « demographic winter ». It would be naive to think that these quantitative changes in the population data does not have a qualitative impact . It is therefore appropriate for these five changes , to examine how the human rights contained in the Universal Declaration (UDHR) from 1948 are interviewed. Each demographic change involves risk regarding the respect for the values of this Declaration and calls for responses to separate them .
