Résumé : Par-delà ses conséquences économiques internationales (sanctions économiques, rupture des chaînes d’approvisionnement et de valeur, hydrocarbures…), la guerre d’Iran (28 février-8 avril 2026) a révélé des divergences notables en Europe. D’une part, l’Union européenne (UE) ne s’est pas montré soudée. D’autre part, les diplomaties des pays géographiquement européens (UE et non-UE) ont été divergentes. Enfin, l’Alliance atlantique a été profondément bousculée par les déclarations et décisions du président Trump et du secrétaire général de l’organisation. Bref, c’est tout le droit international qui a été bafoué
