Executive Summary: The Oasis Plan proposes a solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict based on the mutual development of South-West Asia, focusing on three key factors: water, energy and food. This plan, inspired by US economist Lyndon LaRouche, aims to create favourable economic conditions for a lasting political solution. It provides for the establishment of infrastructure for equitable sharing of water resources, hydropower generation and agricultural development. The plan includes the construction of desalination plants, water supply systems and hydroelectric projects to benefit the entire region. It also proposes the end of settlement in the West Bank and the reconstruction of Gaza, including its airport and a seaport. The Oasis Plan requires international political will for peace and immediate recognition of the State of Palestine. The European Union and France have given money, but not the physical and human means to establish peace. Palestine can be what will be a gathering point of change, of transformations in the world, in favour of the global push for the right to self-determination and economic development, carried today by the BRICS and yesterday by General De Gaulle and France.
