Abstract
This article analyzes the ambivalences of humanitarian aid through the prism of the Israeli-Palestinian and Russian-Ukrainian conflicts. It questions the tribulations of humanitarian aid in this increasingly conflictual world with regard to the principles of humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence inherent in international humanitarian law (IHL). This text naturally addresses the mobilization of material and human resources carried out through the international community. Far from seeing an imminent end to humanitarianism, the author calls on the humanitarian community to demonstrate greater solidarity at the global level, far from any ulterior political or geostrategic motives.
