Executive summary: In our research, we have highlighted the laws of people’s geopolitics. Looking at the main contemporary features of the European Union’s demo-graphic winter, three aspects need to be examined in detail. The first concerns the evolution of the number of inhabitants to be considered in the light of the geopolitical law of the number. The second is to study the natural movement whose evolution must be examined under the prism of the geopolitical law of languor. As for the migration movement, its effects can be analysed in particular in certain aspects of the law of attraction and the law of diasporas.

Considering the main contemporary features of the European Union’s “demographic winter”, three aspects call for closer examination. The first concerns the evolution of the number of inhabitants, to be considered in the light of the geopolitical law of numbers. The second involves the natural movement, whose evolution must be examined under the prism of the geopolitical law of languor. As for migration, its effects can be analyzed under certain aspects of the law of attraction and the law of diasporas.
