Résumé : Trois ans après la « chute de Kaboul » (2021), les Talibans sont toujours au pouvoir et le resteront pour longtemps. Pour sortir du dilemme entre une « position de principe » et une simple « reconnaissance » du régime, l’auteur propose une politique gagnant-gagnant de développement mutuel, créant les conditions d’un lendemain meilleur pour tous.

Abstract : Three years after the “fall of Kabul”, the Taliban are still in power and will remain so for a long time. To get out of the dilemma between a “position of principle” and a simple “recognition” of the regime, the author proposes a win-win policy of mutual development, creating the conditions for a better tomorrow for all.
